Why do I have to register before shop?

You can surf and add products to the cart without registration but only registered shoppers will be able to checkout and place orders. Registered members have to be logged in at the time of checking out the cart, they will be prompted to do so if they are not logged in.

How do I register?

You can register by clicking on the "Register" link at the top right corner of the homepage. Please provide the information in the form that appears. You can review the terms and conditions, enter the details and submit the registration information.

How do I shop?

You have to follow 4 simple steps to shop.

  • First register for your account
  • Browse and add all the products that you are interested
  • Go to checkout page and make the payment
  • Submit your order

We will dispatch your order in the defined time frame.

What are the differences between Local Delivery and National Delivery?

Local Delivery zone is something where we deliver orders with our own vans and drivers. At present we don't offer any Local Delivery by own.

Rest of the UK mainland customers comes under National Delivery zone. We use transporting companies to deliver all the postal orders. For postal order customers delivery charge is free if the order values at £40.00. We deliver 5 days a week to the postal order customers.

All the postal orders placed before 12 Midnight (from Mon - Thur) will be dispatched on next business day. All the order placed on Fri, Sat & Sun will be dispatched on Monday.

How do I cancel my account?

If you are not an active shopper you can send us a mail to cancel your account any time.

How do I cancel marketing communications?

You can unsubscribe if it is a mail communication or else you can drop us a mail.

What if I forget my password?

If you forget your password you can go to login page and click on "forgot your password" link and give your email and click on submit. An automated mail will be sent to you with the auto generated password. Please reset it immediately after logging in

Where can I find my account information?

After logging in you can go to my account link. Under my account link you can find account information page. Please click on that and update your latest details.

How do I find products that are on promotions?

We have dedicated menu on our website called "WEEKLY DEALS" under which you can find all the promotional products.

What all symbols of products indicate?

These symbols indicate different qualities of products, its life time etc.

How do I know if I placed my order correctly?

If you place your order correctly, you will receive an automated mail within 5 min of your order with the confirmation.

How can I place an order?

As of now we accept online orders only. You can register and place the order. Shopping online is simple and hassle free.

Can I reorder my previous shopping list?

Yes you can. After logging in please click on my account link, you can find your previous orders there. Please click on reorder to place the same order again.

I am not able to submit the order?

Please check you have filled all the necessary fields. If you miss anything you cannot submit the order.
